I love Thai food and this sauce is a great addition to any Thai dish. It also works well as a dipping sauce.

  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon naturally brewed soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Dash cayenne pepper

Place ingredients in a bowl, stir well, and microwave for 30 seconds.
