MAKE AHEAD BAR-B-QUE RIBS

These ribs are so tasty and turn out great every time!  They're wonderful to serve at those summer bar-b-que gatherings.

Ingredients:
  • 2 slabs baby back ribs
  • 1 can of beer (any kind will do)
  • Your favorite bar-b-que sauce
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.

Place ribs on the rack of a broiler pan and pour the can of beer into the bottom part of the broiler pan.  Seal the entire pan with aluminum foil tightly so that the steam does not escape while cooking.  Cook for one hour in oven.  Remove from oven and leave sealed until cool.  Once the ribs are cool, remove the foil wrapping and wrap in plastic wrap.  Refrigerate until cold (can be left in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours before grilling).  Once the ribs are chilled they are ready to grill anytime.

Before grilling, baste ribs with bar-b-que sauce and grill on each side for 3 - 4 minutes or until heated all the way through and serve.  Enjoy!
