If you're looking for a comfort food on one of those chilly Michigan mornings.....this is it!

  • 1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
  • 3 tablespoons of Wondra flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 biscuits (store bought or homemade)
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage breaking into small crumbles until well browned. Add the flour, and stir until the flour is a nice brown color. Add the milk and reduce the heat to low, simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until gravy is at desired thickness.

Serve over biscuits and enjoy!
